How do i get clarity on kyc issues?
So i did my kyc last sunday through my wallet. So as of now 72 hours have come and gone. It just says pending. I have no idea what is going on. If there is a problem with my pics, i need to know asap so i can resolve that immediately.
I opened a ticket with support on that link.. no response.. also 3 days.
I resubmitted my kyc in my exchange account when that was made available to me.. same thing... i'm told it's being processed, but that is it... no more feedback. And no reasonable access to support.
I am frustrated and getting more so. If i knew something was being done about it that wouldn't be the case..
Can someone give me a better answer than wait another 3 days please?
